The Hofner Contemporary version of the 500/5 President Bass, inspired by the Hofner models of the 1950’s and 60’s as played by Stuart Sutcliffe in the early days of The Beatles. Features a fully hollow 16.5″ wide body and close spaced original Hofner ‘Toaster’ pick-ups.

The President Bass is also fitted with the famous Hofner control panel to ensure a great sixties style sound. A vintage style electric bass guitar that allows you to capture the tones of the 50s and 60s at a very affordable price. In hi-gloss black.
